ABOUT THE FOUNDER
It is my hope that I can influence quality training drawing from the reservoir of experience I accumulated working with the following institutions: Ministry of Agriculture Cameroon, Advanced Institute for Public Management Yaoundé, United Nations Development program UNDP, UNHABITAT Representation, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNIFEM, Common wealth and the Canadian International Development Agency CIDA.
My inspiration about unconditional love for others stems from my grandmother, mother and aunts who had limited possibilities yet nothing could stop them working relentlessly to shape the minds and lives of thousands of people liberating them from spiritual and material poverty.
I am willing to pass on the torch “your book is your husband” a phrase borrowed from these women of my youth in the early fifties which they echoed to young girls in their communities as their simple response to gender inequalities. Families spent most of their scarce and limited resources on the education of boys.
Education remains one of the most powerful tools to fight against poverty. WITS Prenursery, Nursery, Primary, Secondary and High school sections offer a full cycle of education to cover all the early phases of nurturing, developing and shaping minds of youth
I had the privilege to have the following education: Canadian Master’s Degree in Public Management, Agricultural Engineer Cameroon, Canadian accreditation and compliance systems training for social service delivery, Certified Trainer project management tools, CIDA Certification Andragogy, Malaysian Certification Bench marking, ISO standards training Japan.
It is my prayer that I will be able to use these gifts to influence curriculum development, innovative teaching and excellence standards for the benefit of the community served by WITS school complex.
